REGISTRATION DEPOSIT: R245 [Please complete a separate form for each child]

Your R245 registration deposit secures your child's place once payment has been received. The full R245 is credited towards your final School Portrait order.

Registration is confirmed once both the form and payment have been received.

PACKAGES & ORDERING

School Portrait Day is a pre-booked event and only registered children will be photographed.

After the session, you will receive an online proof gallery to view your images, select your photos and place your order through the Print Shop.

Your package may be changed after viewing the proofs. A package must be purchased before any additional prints or products can be ordered.

IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

School Portrait Day: Friday, 16 October 2026

Registration deadline: Wednesday, 7 October 2026

WhatsApp Group: Once your form and payment have been received, you will be added to the WhatsApp group for important updates and arrangements.

Proofs: Your online proof gallery will be available within 5–7 working days, by 27 October. The gallery link will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

Orders: All packages, prints and products must be ordered through the online gallery shop. Manual orders will not be accepted.

Order & payment deadline: Friday, 6 November 2026

Delivery: Printed photos and products will be delivered to the school between 7–11 December.

Digital images: Delivered once print orders are finalised. Please allow 1–2 weeks after the order deadline.
