PACKAGES & ORDERING:

School Portrait Day is a pre-booked photography event and all registered children will be photographed.

When you receive your child's proof gallery, you will select your preferred package and enter your unique credit token at checkout. The R245 registration fee, will then be deducted from your order total.

After the session you will receive an online Proof gallery where you can view your child’s images, select your preferred photos and complete your order for your chosen package and any additional products via the Print Shop.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THE FOLLOWING:

School Portrait Date: Friday, 16 October 2026

REGISTRATION FORM & REGISTRATION PAYMENT DEADLINE: Wednesday 7 October 2026

Whatsapp group: After receipt of Registration form and registration payment, the registered parent will be added to a Whatsapp group where important arrangements and updates will be posted.

Proofs: Proofs for selection will be available within 5 to 7 working days, on or before 27 October. Online gallery links will be sent via WhatsApp or Email.

Orders: Orders for packages, prints and products are placed directly through the online gallery shop, no manual orders will be accepted.

Order & Payment Deadline: All orders and final payments must be completed by Friday, 6 November 2026.

Delivery: Printed photos and products will be delivered to the school between 7 - 11 December.

Digital Images: Delivered once print orders have been finalised. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks after order & payment deadline.
